Cancellation Policy

If you are late for an INDIVIDUALIZE SESSIONS, it will still start and end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an INDIVIDUALIZE SESSIONS, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be REQUIRED to PAY A $25 NO-SHOW FEE. Due to this schedule, you must give us enough notice when you need to cancel an appointment. This means a cancellation should be made at least 3-6 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel a training session within this time will result in you being charged the late/no-show fee for that session. We will do our best to accommodate this. We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to your TRAINER to let her know.
